Águeda Simó is a multimedia and research artist who investigates and teaches the interaction between art and science using new technologies. She started her artwork in the field of video developing an aesthetic that led her to work with computer graphics, and afterwards on interactive installations and virtual reality.
She holds a Ph.D. in Fine Arts from the University of the Basque Country, MA in Image Synthesis and Computer Animation from Middlesex University, BA in Fine Arts and BA in Communication Science, both from the University of the Basque Country, Spain.
