About
Matt Pyke (b. 1977, UK) formed the multi-disciplinary design studio Universal Everything after many years with seminal design agency The Designers Republic. Universal Everything features an ever-growing network of programmers, artists, designers and musicians. Work includes Forever at the V&A, 2008, and Designing Seeds at the Sheffield Institute for Art and Design in 2009, as well as projects for the London 2012 Olympics, Apple, Nokia, Warp Records and MTV. Pyke lectures and exhibits internationally. In 2007/8 he curated ‘Advanced Beauty’, a collaboration between programmers, artists, musicians, animators and architects influenced by sound and digital artworks. This toured with the onedotzero festival Adventures in Motion.
