the zeroes or as we call it the 0´s
anno 2000 - http://0RF.at - the URL itself is based on homographic
intervention/url squatting/social hacktivism into the austrian media
monopoly user, who normaly clicks orf.at for breakfest, but the zero
"0" on the keyboard is directly over the "o", therefore we get wrong
clicks and wrong emails from homographed users daily. pink - instead
    of rot white red...

so we were sued, but based on the total art project and the complete
change of layout we could continue our work, by calling ourselves artists,

mostly for doing the leichter leben action, that we did because the
    dehumanising parts of this "aktion"
were that austrians, like every other first world countries are
growing fatter and fatter and the government
was trying via austrian monopolist TV station to reduce the fat of
    austria and spend the
reduced kilos as a human aid gift to "africa".
as always there were many parts in this art action intervention,
which included interviews with members of the african community in
    vienna after operation spring,
about the media image of africa in austria, and also an intervention
    at the vienna city marathon
an exhibiton during this the spended meat was sold and also sent to
    all austrian media agencies.

the end was that we directly entered the main building of orf with the
purpose of making there a "show"
we invaded the building and held a pressconference in the cafeteria
where we delivered the human meat, with all the names of the
participants which were fully exposed on the orf webpage.

    ihre GENERALINTENDANZ

< Gefälschter "Leichter Leben"-Brief in Umlauf

0rf is also trying to protest against kryptolobbyism retrofetishism
    and oligarchy,
by entering the national TV celebrations, just to get a glimpse, of
    whats really happening,
we did persiflages such as lex mihi ars electronica, or the
neujahrskonzert or the sport or the nationcelebrationsday...

what this all has in common was the pure factor of entertaindemand -
the participation of their audience - the image of an reality.
beyond the whole construct of "the scene" because there was always the
audience whose wish it was to be entertained,
for centuries it seems the "guckkasten" princip made us to a bunch of
couch potatoes, full with "tv meals" junk food, who use tv as a cheap
and easy way to fill everyones "virtual cache" (the number of
different images that you have to see daily, to get sleepy - not that
    easy
by living in a boring city like...everywhere)
tv is out here comes the net and its goldrush caused broadbandwidth.
the internet is said to be interactive - what means that you can play
a part, or so to say, its channels are usable both ways -
for us, the viewer is in the center of interest, In TV we see its
chimare - "reality TV" and its classical way of amUSEsing its
audience.streaming is used when a real-time transfer is required. We
stream media because we want our audience to get a closer view of the
    daily nutrition - a naked lunch .
    embark on - with us
    (0)rf.at

    0RF.at

    - sees itself as an open platform for those,
who are not interested to be fashion victimized by the infowarfare.

    - is a non governemental organization, whose primary aim is,
to crack the blank mirror of the worldwide in-per-conform ready-to-use
    media bombardement,
which degrades the viewers to pure customers, who have to consume or
    die, eyesore...

    - is against this - consume or die - philosophy,
trying to spread the open source of the, so called daily entertaindemands.

    - for a brighter, clearer image of what is delivered as "reality"
ambigous the humiliating, tasty classic persuasion of the totalitarity
    of any mass media

    - embark on with us. - embracing the "elusive elite" while eliciting
    embarrassing moments,
we watch it closely, when all the curtains fall, all make up is running,
and the ghastly face of chic truth is penetraiting.

    - for a sharp view, of what nebulous, shallow amusement is aspiring to veil,
moreover in/on a perfectly conservated mediamonoculture market as it
is in a country like austria,
whose inhabitants are used to be manipu/monopolized.

    - we work for your pleasure.

so we were sued, but based on the total art project and the complete change of layout
we could continue our work, by calling ourselves artists, but soon after this we did http://BL00MBERG.com,
which was sued again but this time by michael bloomberg - mogulist and mayor of new york city.
this was directly after 911 (the wtc incident) and the connected DMCA so that we were prejudiced and couldnt do nothing, no free speech anymore and no artistic freedom.
but somehow in the end we won, because right now the adress bl00mberg.com links to the site of mr. bloomberg.com and our old site still on archive.org shows and tells the awful truth, about that all on that site is a lie and your opinion is nothing than a fake...
upon the site we had the newsfeeds from different alternative newssources which were not represented in the daily news...

during all this we were continuing our work not only as an art project but also as an so to say, self producing ngo media guerrillero entity, by trying to take part in the media art culture of austria - 0rf is also trying to protest against kryptolobbyism retrofetishism and oligarchy, by entering the national TV celebrations, just to get a glimpse, of whats really happening - we did persiflages such as ars electronica
or the neujahrskonzert or the sport or the nationcelebrationsday

what this all has in common was the pure factor of entertaindemand - the participation of their audience - the image of an reality.
beyond the whole construct of "the scene" because there was always the audience whose wish it was to be entertained, for centuries it seems the "guckkasten" princip made us to a bunch of couch potatoes, full with "tv meals" junk food, who use tv as a cheap and easy way to fill everyones "virtual cache" (the number of different images that you have to see daily, to get sleepy - not that easy by living in a boring city like...everywhere)
tv is out here comes the net and its goldrush caused broadbandwidth.
the internet is said to be interactive - what means that you can play a part, or so to say, its channels are usable both ways - for us, the viewer is in the center of interest, In TV we see its chimare - "reality TV" and its classical way of amUSEsing its audience.streaming is used when a real-time transfer is required. We stream media because we want our audience to get a closer view of the daily nutrition - a naked lunch .
